Return Eligibility 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return items within 30 daysProducts must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging, case/box, and accessories included. We do not offer exchanges. If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of use, a restocking fee may apply or the item may not be eligible for a refund. This policy is standard and non-negotiable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment, and should your order arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at info@shadeseyeconic.com, so we can resolve the matter with the attention it deserves. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
