RETURN POLICY

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:

We offer a full refund up to 30 days after delivery (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Regular purchases are eligible for a Full Refund (minus any added expedited shipping costs) to the Original Payment Method.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must have the original packaging. If Shades Eyeconic receives a returned item that is missing from the package, damaged due to negligent packaging, or re-packaged by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • You must now have an RMA# (Return Authorization) before shipping your return. This will be emailed to you after you start your return below.
  • We will not accept your return shipment without an issued RMA# (Return Authorization). 

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification. When we receive your returned order, it will be inspected for missing items or severe damages. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied within 3–7 business days.

 

Pre–Return Information: 

  1. If you are requesting a return because the product arrived damaged or with a defect, you must provide clear photos showing the condition in which it was received. These photos are required to verify the issue and approve the return.
  2. If a product is returned in any condition other than brand new — including missing parts, signs of use, or damage — and if no photos were provided at the time the return was requested (in cases where the customer claims the item arrived damaged), the order will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This policy is strict and non-negotiable.
  3. Please include proof of purchase/online receipt or order # inside the package.
