We offer a full refund up to 30 days after delivery (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Regular purchases are eligible for a Full Refund (minus any added expedited shipping costs) to the Original Payment Method.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must have the original packaging. If Shades Eyeconic receives a returned item that is missing from the package, damaged due to negligent packaging, or re-packaged by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • You must now have an RMA# (Return Authorization) before shipping your return. This will be emailed to you after you start your return below.
  • We will not accept your return shipment without an issued RMA# (Return Authorization). 

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification. When we receive your returned order, it will be inspected for missing items or severe damages. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied within 3–7 business days.


Pre–Return Information: 

  1. Please remember to take several photos of your item to show that it was not damaged before return shipping. If the item is returned in destroyed or damaged condition, these may be requested.
  2. If an item was shipped in new condition and is returned damaged/broken, there will be a 50% restocking fee from the frame's MSRP. This is policy, and it is non-negotiable.
  3. Please include proof of purchase/online receipt or order # inside the package.
