What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Standard delivery typically takes 5-8 days. Free Standard Shipping is available on all domestic eyewear orders. See our full Shipping Policy here
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship domestically within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery, excluding expedited shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact. Before shipping a return, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
How do I initiate a return?
Customers can use our easy-to-use Return Portal on our website to initiate a return. Once approved, customers will receive an RMA number via email, and their return will be processed.
